Terms & Conditions
1. Minimum Order Value
For first-time customers of EA Perfumes, the minimum order value is £300 with at least 3 SKUs per order.
2. How to Place an Order
Submit your order via our wholesale site at www.eaperfumes.co.uk.
You must be a registered user to view prices and place orders. If you have not yet registered, please visit the website and click "Sign Up". Follow the prompts and submit your information.
Your order will be reviewed within 1–2 working days. The proforma — including the shipping cost calculation — will be available to review on your order page after the order has been approved.
Make payment via the bank details shown on the proforma, then send your proof of payment to sales@eaperfumes.co.uk or WhatsApp: +44 7466 622446.
3. RRP (Restricted Retail Price)
Products or goods purchased from EA Perfumes shall only be sold at the RRP (Restricted Retail Price). Retailers shall not sell the products below the RRP, which is shown on the proforma and purchase invoice.
4. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in British Pound Sterling (GBP). Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Returns
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. We accept returns only in the case of a packing error, or damaged / defective products.
Returns must be requested in writing to sales@eaperfumes.co.uk or WhatsApp: +44 7466 622446, quoting the invoice number and reason for return. No returns are accepted without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport.
Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after the products are received.
6. Payments
EA Perfumes accepts bank transfers. Bank details will be shown on the proforma and invoice.

7. Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Freight will be charged on each invoice.
Domestic Orders (UK)
Parcel — Next-day delivery
Shipped via Parcelforce or DPD at £7 per 30 kg box (approximately 48 perfumes).
Pallet Delivery — 2–3 business days
Shipping cost calculated based on actual supplier rates.
International Orders
Parcel Delivery — 3–4 business days
Shipped via DPD or UPS at £17 per 25 kg box.
Pallet Delivery — 10–15 business days
Shipping cost calculated based on actual supplier rates.
We require the EORI number from international customers as it is mandatory for the export process.
8. Collection
After payment has been made, the order is confirmed for pick-up. You can arrange the collection time via email or WhatsApp.
