Refund Policy

1. Refund & Return Overview

EA Perfumes accepts returns only in specific situations. Returns or refunds are accepted solely in the case of a packing error or when products are damaged or defective.

All shipments must be checked by the customer immediately upon arrival so that any issue can be reported without delay.

2. Shipment Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect all shipments immediately after receiving the goods.

Any packing errors or damaged / defective products should be reported as soon as possible after delivery so that the appropriate return process can be reviewed.

3. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Packing error in the shipment.
  • Products received in a damaged condition.
  • Products received with defects.

Returns outside these conditions are not accepted.

4. Requesting a Return

Return requests must be submitted in writing. The request should include the invoice number and the reason for the return.

5. Return Approval

No returns will be accepted without prior approval from EA Perfumes.

Once the request has been reviewed, delivery instructions for transport will be provided for the return process.

6. Return Timeframe

Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after the products are received.

Customers should ensure that return requests are made within this timeframe to allow the request to be reviewed and approved.
