Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Freight charges will be added to each invoice.
Domestic Orders (UK): Parcel delivery is shipped via Parcelforce or DPD at £7 per 30 kg box (approximately 48 perfumes).
Pallet deliveries within the UK usually take 2–3 business days, with shipping costs calculated based on supplier rates.
International Orders: Parcel delivery is shipped via DPD or UPS at £17 per 25 kg box, typically taking 3–4 business days.
International pallet deliveries generally take 10–15 business days, with shipping costs calculated according to supplier rates.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
Returns are accepted only in the case of a packing error or damaged / defective products.
Return requests must be submitted in writing quoting the invoice number and the reason for return.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport.
Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after the products are received.
